Meet Our Experts
The Alexander Awards are judged by a prestigious panel of international experts from the worlds of watchmaking, media, communication and design. This independent jury brings together diverse perspectives and deep industry knowledge to evaluate each submission with rigor, fairness and creativity in mind.
Jurors assess projects across multiple criteria including strategic coherence, creative execution, emotional impact and measurable results. Their mission is to identify the campaigns and initiatives that truly stand out — those that push boundaries, captivate audiences and elevate the art of watch communication.

The judging process unfolds in several stages to ensure fairness and excellence:
Eligibility Review
All submissions are reviewed to ensure they meet the technical requirements and eligibility criteria for their respective categories.
Jury Evaluation
Each jury member independently evaluates the projects based on the specific criteria defined for each category — including creativity, strategic alignment, execution quality and demonstrated impact.
Deliberation
The jury convenes to discuss the strongest entries, debate their merits and reach consensus on the finalists and winners in each category.
Special Awards Selection
THE GREAT! recognizes the year's most outstanding achievement across all categories. Young Talent Award nominees are pre-selected by a dedicated Young Talent Jury before the main jury evaluation.
Your Voice Matters
While the jury selects winners based on professional expertise, the Public Choice Award gives watch enthusiasts, consumers and the broader community the opportunity to have their say.
